Close on the Property - Once the property is under contract, WeFundInvestors will collect the necessary loan documents and schedule your closing. If time is of the essence in your transaction, we can usually close in as little as 24hrs if we have recieved all the required documents including appraisal, title insurance, and a fire and hazard insurance policy. We also have preffered relationships with closing companies in our practice areas that will accomodate our clients on short notice.

Refinance or Sell the property - Your loan from WeFundInvestors has a 90 day term so it is important to have an exit strategy in place before you close. You should either have a seller in place to buy your property or a mortgage lender who is ready to refinance your loan into a lower rate with a longer term. The option you choose depends on your long term goals as an investor.
